I just downloaded the app. It says for me to sign in but I have no password to enter. How do I set that up?
The credentials are assigned within your WD Passport Wireless. Access the Dashboard of your unit from a computer to create a login for you. Then the app will grant you access. Another alternative is to connect to your WD Passport Wireless’s WiFi signal.
Thanks, still having problems though.
From my passport.local it accepted my password and I see the dashboard (capacity, battery, etc). It shows me logged in.
Than when I go Mycloud app it states my email/password is incorrect.
To complicate things I can only connect to either Mypassport or my network one at a time so I’m going back to settings a lot.
