Updated firmware to 2.31.149 today the desktop app MyCloud Login failed to allow me to enter my user name, when I click on it the box turns blue with a drop box and doesn’t allow me to enter the user name, It does allow for the password which does not work on it’s own. Need help to solve the problem.
@Peterk2019 The Desktop app no longer works. If using Windows 10 then use File Explorer or online at files.mycloud.com .
