Can’t enter username on my cloud desktop log in

For the last 4 months plus I I’ve been unable to enter my username on the log in page of the WD My Cloud desktop app. I think it was after an update from WD. I can view my files fine from the iPhone app etc I just can’t log in and add/change files etc.

It happens on both a PC Laptop and an iMac. I also can’t uninstall and reinstall as an error message appears saying it can’t uninstall it!

If anyone can help or has the same thing happening to them please respond! Thanks.

@316Timwade Do you own a My Cloud Home or a My Cloud? Sounds like a My Cloud and that Desktop App no longer works. You can use files.mycloud.com or the mobile app.

Many thanks. This has allows me finally upload new content. I’m uploading videos and it seems ultra slow vs the actual desktop app. Is this usual or am I doing something wrong?
