My Cloud 2TB USB port is not recognized

Hello guys

i’m using my Cloud 2TB for several monthes now. so far without abnormal issues.

recently i’ve been having issues with my USB port - any USB devicei’m connecting to the Cloud is not recognzied (both external HD or external DOK).

has anyone encountered this problem?


One simple solution, not the preferred one, is to switch the power to drive. shutdown it down properly and replug the power.

i tried that once but it did not work

HOWEVER, ysterday i did a reboot of the WDdrive (using the Dashboard option) and it seems to fix the problem
