I was unable to reset the mybooklive, the HDD wont restart even I’d hold it for several minutes. Besides that, I’m also not able to access the dashboard, it will keep loading and show page not found, sometimes it can go in but I cant do any cinfiguration on that, Any advise or solution?
You have a bricked MBL. This has happened to many people. It happens when the MBL does an auto firmware upgrade which fails in the middle of the upgrade. The only solution is to debrick the MBL using one of the gudes on this forum.
