My Book Live Cant connect directly to computer

When I connected my book live to the router, I could see it in file explorer normally, but since the file upload speeds were very slow, I connected it directly to the computer. I can access the panel and everything, but I cannot access my files.

We recommend you disconnect your My Book Live from the Internet to protect your data on the device.

You can access the device by connecting directly to the computer.
