WD My Book Live

I have a My Book Live 2TB (WDBACG0020HCH) but cannot access it anymore. I tried it on Windows and Ubuntu. On both systems I cannot see the drive. Any idea what’s going on?
The LED on the front is always blue instead of green. What means blue?

We regret to inform you that the support for the My Book Live Device has reached the end of its lifecycle and troubleshooting is no longer provided for End of Life products.

We recommend you disconnect your My Book Live from the Internet to protect your data on the device. You can access the device by connecting directly to the computer.

Hi, I too have the same drive which I haven’t accessed for a very long time. In that time I have lost the power supply and cannot find part details anywhere. Can you help me with this?
