Mwp pro will not connect

Hi All

I cant connect mwp pro to the dashboard on the internet, it just says site not available, i have tried everything reset, firewall off anti virus off it will not connect.

It also knocks my wifi connection off my laptop when it is trys to connect have tried on 2 laptops the other running win 7 no joy surely it cant be this hard, this is my second one the 1st one arrived faulty, i go away in 2 weeks and it is not looking good. thanks peter

Do you have the complete user manual for your device? You need to download it or find a copy on the drive, and follow the instructions in it. Maybe a factory reset is in order, too.
