I’m having an issue where the mobile app seems to “forget” that I have a MyCloud device and asks me to login via the website instead. Very frustrating. Only an intermittent issue, with no obvious pattern.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening, and how to resolve it?
You can uninstall and reinstall the latest My Cloud mobile app in this concern. If issue still persist, ensure to check the Cloud Access status and Cloud devices must be connected.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still having the same problem.
Cloud access in enabled.
I can usually access the drive remotely for a while, then the app forgets I have a MyCloud device and just takes me to the login page.
Any more help would be appreciated.
