I have a my book 10tb and my book duo 16tb. Spent a lot of money on these and unfortunately they are garbage. Using Blackmagic speed test I am getting 50-100MB/s write on the my book duo and around 50MB/s on the my book. Both should be at least 3x that amount, its pathetic. Having no problems with my sandisk SSD. Owned these for about a year now and hardly used. Using a Mac and software Catalina 10.15.7.
About to get a Lacie to avoid this shoddy experience, what a waste of money. Anyone have any tips?
