Lost my Android connection

Seems I’ve lost my mobile app connection to my cloud server. Android version13, One UI version 5.1, last Android security patch 3-1-2023. App version is 4.22.0(2040). Cloud firmware version 5.18.117.
The app tells me that the device is offline. I can access my cloud server from my PC with windows 10 explorer. I’ve rebooted my Samsung phone several times to no avail.
Suggestions?

Why is your firmware this old?

Have you rebooted the My Cloud as a troubleshooting step?

I just checked the Status of WD Clouds, and it shows everything is down.

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

In My cloud it shows as being current and up to date, as I write this.

I have rebooted the cloud and now I can’t log in, as I write this
