App update

Hi everyone,
Been using the android app on samsung tablet to access My Cloud for ages with no problems, then the app got updated, now just get connection failure notice, tried reloading app several times, tried removing cloud access & rrinstating it but still doesn’t work, got 2 samdung phones both work with app on mobile or wifi, any ideas?
