Lost Configuration

I have a PR4100, been working for a year with no issues, then today I have zero capacity, all 4 8TB drives are in Good condition, but there is no configuration, they were setup as RAID 5.

How can I get all my data back?

How can this happen? How bad is the NAS software that allows this kind of fault to occur?

So far I have read that basically I lose all my data and have to erase because I build a new configuration, that’s simply not acceptable otherwise what is the whole point in buying a NAS if it can’t do the main task you buy it for?

I did, they gave me the usual, “We don’t do data recovery, tough luck our software is so bad”
