Faulty Drives in NAS PR4100

I have a PR 4100 with 4 6 TB Drives. The first 2 Drives are on RAID, and Drive no 3 and 4 are just for other data which are not so important.

But now when I switch on my PR4100, it is showing the first 2 drives in fault, and I am unable to access the NAS Drive to check the health of the drives.

Pls suggest what I can do.

Also, is there anyway, I can connect the physical drives on to a PC and try to see if the data is there.
