PR4100 won't read drives after long time turned off

Hey, after the pandemics we (finally) got back to the office and when we set everything up again the PR4100 is not reading any of the 4 8TB drives in it, it just shows “Drive failed in port 1,2,3,4”.

I’ve tried everything, I even formatted one drive but still doesn’t read it.

I can see it in the network but just can’t get in

Any hints???
