Is anyone having similar issues after upgrading to OS5? Mine started locking down and just a forced reboot (disconnect from power, wait 5 minutes, and power back on). Not sure why WD is not reading any of the feedback provided. Hopefully Dr.Siva Siravam reads this, and directs his staff to fix this mess. Or just write code to allow us to downgrade until this is fixed.

Have you seen an unusually high amount of CPU-load and 200+ processes before the unit crashes?
Maybe you can download a system status report when the unit is in this state. You can then create a support issue yourself or PM me, I’m already in contact with engineering.
