My office lost power last night and the DX4000 has been saying loading OS since 9:30cst. Am I hosed? The recovery ISO is no longer available for download.
Are you brave enough to restart it? Thanks for bringing the ISO issue up, hopefully they are just updating it otherwise we are going to have a lot of paperweights :cry:
Restart the DX4000? I’ve restarted it once already before 9:30. I called WD tech support and they said it could take up to 5hrs.
Actually a couple of folks have said it came up after 5 days. Did support say anything about the recovery ISO? I have emailed the folks I know at WD to see if they had to pull it or if it is just harder to find. Will let you know what hear back.
They had to pull the image for some reason, but hope to have it back in a few days.
So they are aware it is gone and are working on it.
