I cant play a mkv file from one movie

i have sound and subs but no picture

Hello,

I can’t read a few mkv files 720P since I’ve installed the last firmware 1.01.10, no sounf and no pictures !

I 've also problems to display de mkv filenames loaded in the internal hard disk when using the WD navigator. I can’t see anymore all filenames to  play the file I want. But this runs well on an external hard disk connected to my WD via USB.

Please, do you have any solution to troobleshoot my problems ?

Great (ironic), I just bought one of these boxes and system settings - about says it is version 1.01.12!

Anybody knows where I can this version (just in case that installing 1.01.10 makes things worse).
