I've been sitting on a bricked cloud, any suggestions?

I’m not that tech savy in this department but i understand what happened. I’d like to get my hands on a vigin disk image of the mycloud 2TB but i can’t find one. This community seems to only have one post with a broken link so if anyone else knows a source, your input is welcome.

There’s a post regarding roofs.iso or roofz.iso? Not sure if that would even fix my problem but i gave it a shot anyways and my light just changed from white to red…

Please direct me to w/e might help.
