Okay, when I first set my cloud ex 4 up, I put things in automatically add to iTunes folder located in the shared music folder. As I added more, it moved them to the proper folders. But then yesterday, it just stopped, no matter how much I removed and put them back, it wouldn’t add them to the right folders any more. How do I fix this? And what root folder and pass word is it looking for in the settings media iTunes area? thanks.

Not sure what you’re asking in the first part of your question – that’s all an iTunes software function, not part of the function of the EX4.
