Enabling iTunes on mycloud EX2 Ultra

Running through the manual page by page, I am trying to put my iTunes library into mycloud EX2 Ultra. Page 74 of the manual states the following

"2. In the Folder field, select Root, if not previously selected. This field points iTunes to the root directory on your My Cloud EX2 Ultra device.
 If you want to specify a directory on your device where iTunes can access your
media:

  • Deselect the Root check box.
  • Click Browse, and then navigate to the folder where iTunes can access your
    media.
  • Click Apply at the bottom of the iTunes area.

Where is the Folder Field that this is describing?

I also looked in. It seems the media directory is fixed as root. No you cant change to Specfic directory for custom playlist.

May i know how you are accessing this in iphone or ipad.

Mycloud or any other app

Thats the problem, until I can transfer my iTunes library to mycloud I cannot access the files to play them.
