Issue with Plex on my WD PR4100

Hi everyone,

In recent months i am having the following issue with streaming content from my Plex both inside my network and outside.

I am on latest WD firmware (2.40.157) and latest Plex Media Server (1.20.3.3437).

Here are issues i am seeing:

  1. Plex media content shows offline and online through out the day. This happens both inside my network and access from outside
  2. While playing movies (inside home network) i have Plex stop movie and exit every 5 to 30 min. This get very annoying)
  3. Barely can connect from Outside network to the Plex. I have right port forwarding and access.

I have no other issues with my other devices on Network but when streaming WD Plex media server via iPad, Apple TV4k, Ruko, Chromecast, and Iphone apps i have this issue.

I have tried to go back on Firmware and Plex Media server and have no luck.

Is there something going on with my WD network device that causing the up and down?

Appreciate help here. I am at point that my PR4100 is useless as i can’t access documents, videos or anything else remote or inside my house.
