ISCSI IMG 4TB ext4

Hi Guys,

We have 12TB drive with 4.35TB for each ISCI IMG.  using the ex4 as a iscsi server

When loading these on the iscsi client i.e. windows 7 they have been working perfectly.  However we try and load one iscsi disk now and it says this disc isn’t formatted.    How can this happen?  is there a way I can I can determine whats happened to the iscsi image?
