I use iSCSI it connect but i Cannot open the partition

Please i need help , i have big problem .
i use iSCSI Targets in WD My Cloud EX4 , before it connect and the drive in work normally i have data about ( 6.8 TB ) , but now it is connect normally but Can`t open the partition i have important data need .
