In network setting in Web UI I have manually set up IPv6 DNS server address. Now there appeared address in the IPv6 field, but only link local one (fe80::…).

The issue seems to be lack of kernel support for this protocol.
$ ping6 ipv6.google.com
PING ipv6.google.com (2a00:1450:401b:803::200e): 56 data bytes
ping6: can’t create raw socket: Address family not supported by protocol
Is there any support for IPv6 in this device?
