Is there a way to go back to OS3?

Is there a way to revert back to MyCould OS 3? I kept getting alerts that I could upgrade to OS 5 and so finally I broke down and did so. I’m regretting it in the worst way! Nothing works anymore. If its possible to go back could someone please provide instructions?
