Iphone 6 autobackup to WD Cloud - Changing Folder

Hi

I bought the WD My Cloud device 2 days ago, It works well auto backup photos/video to the device from my Iphone to assigned folder (i.e A) . Today I created a “B” folder under folder A, and transferred all previously backup photos to “B” folder; and try to re-assign auto-back up to folder “B”.

It still auto-back up BUT it duplicate the all files uploaded previously instead of backing up those newly taken photos.

Please advise what can be done to rectify this situation ?

Any advice and recommendation would be very much appreciated.
