I am using the OS5 app on my iphone and when I connect to my EX2 Ultra, I can only see some of the folders under a given share while I can see them all from my desk. Is this a known issue? Workaround? Anyone successfully contact WD over it? Thank you so much and have a great day!
That’s very strange.
If the share is accessible in Web and Mobile, you should see all folders and files.
Can you see the folders in MyCloud.com (web app)?
I would suggest opening a case with support, provide the system logs and screenshots of folders that you see on the desktop and and what you see in web and or mobile app. Probably good to ssh into the My Cloud and get an ‘ls’ inside of the folder where you do not see the content as well.
I have the same problem with my phone app (Android). I can only see 4 out of 11 folders in the app, while with Windows Explorer I see all. Has anybody found a solution to that?
