When I access WD my cloud Ex2100 on website, there is only a single page displaying part of my folders, ie I have 100 folders but only 50 are displayed. the rest of the folders are not able to access to. I cannot scroll down or no 2nd page for me to goto.
anyone know why is it so?
Have you tried different Internet Browsers? Do you see the missing folders when using the mobile app?
I can see all folders in Mobile App.
it’s the same with Chrome browser.
