Hi guys,
some days ago, while i was watching a movie on my WD Live, we had a power failure.
After the power went back, i tryied to turn on the WD live again, but it booted with this message:
“insert a usb drive with firmware to recover your wdtv”
I obviuosly tryed that, putting the firmware on an USB stick, but nothing happened.
Anyone knows this issue and if it is possible to recover it?

The WD Live was not connected to the internet while power failure happened.

I’m using an 8GB Kingston USB drive formatted to FAT32 to load the downloaded firmware

I downloaded this firmware from the official website http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/updates/?family=wdfwdtv_live
