Incomplete File Listing when viewing with Browser

OK, I hope I can explain this and it’s driving me crazy!

I have a folder that contains about 200 documents. When I view this folder in a browser (via MyCloud.com) I can only see the first couple of dozen entries. I tried switching browsers from Chrome to IE11 and it worked for a while, but now it’s doing the same thing in IE11.

I can confirm that all of the files are there. They’re just not showing up in the browser!

Any ideas???

Did you perform a firmware update recently? Your unit could be indexing your files again.

No. This problem has been going on for a few weeks now.
