I lost the 9 digits code before installing My WD cloud device.

Sounds like you own a My Cloud Home. Try visiting the Learning Center and watch the videos or read the User Manual. Both should tell you where to look for the nine digit code. Did you look on the bottom of your device?

Sounds like you own a My Cloud Home.

Or they have the MyCloud, not the Home, but they’re trying to use the Home installer…

I’m in the same boat. Can’t find my 9-digit code. I have access to MyDashboard, but can’t get computers to see my cloud and create backups.
