Hi I need to know where is my 9-digit code ! Because windows didn’t found my WD … and then it need 9-digit code… help me pls…

You are in the wrong forum. The 9-digit code is a MyCloud Home thing.

Hi Dtrus, The 9 digit security code can be found on the rear of the Quick Install Guide or from the Serial Number Label on the bottom of the My Cloud Home unit. See the knowledge base article below for more information. if you do not have the 9 digit code on the serial label or the quick install guide you probably have the older my cloud product and are using the setup page for the new my cloud home. If you have the older my cloud you will need to use the setup page for the older my cloud products. see the post below.

9 digit device code
