I don't find the 9 dígit code

I have 1 unit Wd My cloud ex2 ultra and in the label it doesn’t appear the 9 dígit code that I’ve been requested in order to connect it manually.

Do you own a My Cloud Home or a My Cloud EX2?

If it’s a My Cloud EX2, do you have OS3 or OS5? You should place your topic in the correct sub-forum for the OS.
