Last time I just discovered the shortcut to see content in my wd mycloud from pc. I just forgot what is the shortcut. Ctrl + ??? Its drive me crazy the whole day thinking about the trick. Anyone help me please. I just want to transfer directly files from my pc to wd mycloud just like before. It’s also easier for me to see the content from wd mycloud.
I dunno about that kind of shortcut–
If you know the IP address of the MyCloud, you can create a desktop shortcut that points like this:
\\[ip of mycloud]\[share]
and it will jump to that share like it was a folder.

What type of computer do you have, is it Windows, Apple, Linux etc. and what OS, maybe Windows 10?

You use Windows File Explorer or Mac FInder to access a local networked My Cloud. If you haven’t done so already, read the My Cloud User Manual (https://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=904) which explains how to access and use the My Cloud device and it’s features/options.
To make things easier, just map the drive using Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder…
