How to Safetly shutdown my WD Cloud 4TB?

Just got this new device.
Can’t find a way to safetly shut down.

There is no Shutdown under the menu Settings → Utilities from the dashboard??
No documents on the user manual either.

Have been asked the WD support for 1 weeks. No response!!
Good products, but lack of good documents.
Any help will be appreciated! Thank you in advanced!

Known issue for the newer gen 2 My Clouds running v2.x firmware. There are several prior threads discussing this issue and one or two workarounds (possibly using SSH).

Use WD Quickview App for Gen 2. Shutdown is in the app’s pulldown menu and works fine.
