If you do a forum search you’ll find that there are several prior threads on the lack of a shutdown button/option within the Dashboard on the single bay My Cloud’s that have the v2.x firmware. There are some workarounds discussed in those threads one of which is to change the CSS coding that currently hides the shutdown button within the Dashboard. Another option is to use the WD software (WD Access if I remember right) to shut down the My Cloud. Or use SSH to issue the shutdown command.
