how can i make a sub folder inside another folder?
That depends, what computer are you using? Are you looking at the My Cloud Desktop app, File Explorer or the My Cloud Public folder? How do you normally add a folder? The My Cloud is no different, try some of the Menu’s. See example image of File Explorer below.
