I want to add a second device, and access both devices the same time for plex.
IIRC currently multi device is not supported. You can only have one my cloud home device per my cloud account. If you want to use two different devices you would need to use separate email addresses and create separate accounts.
But, that means that one will become unmounted, and therefore I won’t be able to access it via Plex, is that correct?
Can a member of staff confirm the above?
Edit: I’m planning to return this item if staff are unable to give an eta on a firmware update to resolve this inherent flaw.
