Second drive in the house

I a MyCloud home drive setup on my laptop.

I’d like to add a second one to my home network, but neither the mobile device app, nor desktop app, nor MyCloud website is allowing me to do so.

…unless perhaps I use a different e-mail address and sign up for a new account!?

This is very 1.0 level functionality. Any other ideas how to add a second drive to my computer, apps, etc.?

At this time, multi device support is not enabled for the My Cloud Home.
Please use another email address for the 2nd My Cloud Home

Hi - this is really a bad solution. can you give us an idea as to when this will be addressed by WD?
you can’t expect a customer who wants to add (purchase!) a 2nd device to create a whole new account. That’s crazy. Even changing over devices would be impossible that way.
What is WD’s roadmap to address this?

A thunder strike killed my 3TB Cloud Home, do I need a 2nd account and a 2nd mail address for my new 3TB?
Aren´t there any chance to remove the old and register the new one to my current account?
