How different is MyCloud Home from MyCloud OS3 Version

Hi
I am still running on a MyCloud OS3 which is not upgradable/looses support soon.
How different is the MyCloud Home from this? Is the general operation and set-up similar? How similar are the mobile apps and web interface? Is it a huge change to move to a MyCloud Home?

Is your old OS3 My Cloud still working alright? You can still continue to use it on your network.

I set mine to a static address, turned off the internet, cloud access and use it for storage. I do have a second generation My Cloud on OS5 that I backup to and use online.
