I keep getting emails to say that support for My Cloud OS 3 is ending and that my device does not support an upgrade to OS 5. However, when I look at the list of devices for which OS 5 is available, it says “not applicable” for My Cloud Home.
So, will My Cloud Home device continue to be supported after support of OS 3 ends? Or not?
I think I have found the answer to my question in a previous posting:
They are dropping support to My Cloud OS 3 and lower. My Cloud Home Devices are not affected.
Seems that I’m ok despite getting warning emails from WD.
