i have one my cloud home device i want to put it as a backup device,
in my office their is no internet connection so i want to put a static ip in that device and also i want to browse with that ip from my browser
is that possible in this device

No. The My Cloud Home requires dynamic IP addressing. It also requires internet connectivity, so if you have no internet, it’s not going to work.

My cloud personal will work without internet

I’m not sure what a My Cloud “personal” is, but the documentation and user reports for the My Cloud Home are pretty clear that internet connection is required.
