Set up static ip to my cloud home

Hi, how can i set up a static ip to a new my cloud home and use it into a private lan?

You will need to assign the MAC number to a static IP on your router.

You should be able to block internet access to the IP afterwards, but as this box relies on the internet to work not sure what will happen.

Well, static IP is not possible to set on My Cloud Home. However, you can reserve IP through your router configuration- DHCP reservation.
