Help please, why do my pictures and movies not show on my smart tv wdmycloud ?

It would be helpful if you provided more information. Like brand/model of TV. What steps you’ve taken. How the TV is connected to the local network. How the TV is accessing the My Cloud. What format the video/pictures are in. Etc.
