Hi guys! Good evening! Well, I have a problem with my 1tb WD10ears. It runs really slow! Transfer speed goes around 2Mb/s, rarely going beyond this. Strange thing is HD tune pro states it’s speed is around 90 to 100Mb/s and even diagnostic tool states it’s all fine, with no bad sectors. Have googled the problem for some time now, but can’t seem to find the answer. I know it’s a pretty old HDD, but it’s what I got. I’m currently using Win 10 pro. Will send a pic from cpu-z to show the pc components.!
Have read something about a jumper in pins 7 and 8, but don’t actually know what to do with the info and where these pins are.
Can anyone please help me?
