We have had our WD player for 1 year and this last week it started skipping, it would go from the movie playing and then stop and go to the menu; so we’d start the movie again and when reaching the same part it’s skip again. It also started not rewinding and forwarding. Then today it won’t play anything. We can see the files but when we click play, the loading scanning circle plays but the movie never opens. Doubt it’s the file because we have the same stuff we’ve played before and doesn’t work now. \r\n
after hitting the reset button it worked, but went back to skipping immediately.
what could be the problem? is there anyway that we can update our device?
