Help needed - Goodsync after installing onto NAS My Cloud Mirror Gen 2

Hi All,

How do I get Goodsync to work on my NAS?

I’ve installed Goodsync on my My Cloud Mirror Gen2 to the latest version - 12.8.2.2 and I’ve signed in.

Which brings me to the Goodsync WEB GUI page:

By default Job Server and System Group are set to nobody and share. What does this mean? Can I change this? Anyways, I leave this to default and start job.

Now Job Server is running and I click on Show Goodsync GUI. This is where it gets weird. Nothing is on this page. Shouldn’t it look like the desktop version at this point? How do I get more information on this page?

I’m not sure what I’m missing but it could be something simple network related.

I want backup software to run on my NAS like it does on the desktop but without the desktop if you know what I mean? Maybe there’s a how to guide I haven’t found yet?
