Help needed can’t connect

Hi I have 3 my book live drives.
Lately one has started causing problems.
It shows green light on front.
But I cannot access anything from my computer.
No dashboard
No shares
It shows unknown in quick view

So far I have done the 4 second reset made no difference
Then I did the 40 second reset and it came back to life. Worked perfectly for 2 days and now it’s done the same thing again.

Any advise would be great.
I’m at my wits end.
