Cannot access my book live

I have trouble to access my book live for three days

my book live has contacted to network, but the network cannot find my book live, I have try to contact through my computer, my loaptop, my mobile, wd2go.com. I also try to set up through new dowloaded software,  all failed to contact my book live

the led light always solid on, like green , and also like yellow, this make me confused,

I try to reset from back of my book live, it didn’t work, nothing happened

I also try to disconnect the network cable, nothing change, the led light are same whatever the network caable connected or not

I login my router, I still not find my book live from the device list of network

it just like dead whatever I do

I would highly approciate if anybody can help

Try holding that reset button down for a good 6-8 seconds. I use a toothpick and you should hear a quiet little click when you press it in. The MBL will reboot (LED will change colors) then see if it shows up on your network after it boots back up. If that works, you may also want to try setting up a static IP for the drive and reserving that IP using DHCP reservation on your router.

Otherwise you may have to RMA the drive if it is less than 3 years old.
